Edit your Tomcat launcher (instance) script:

vim /etc/init.d/tomcat8


Adjust your JAVA_OPTS line, add -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

JAVA_OPTS="${JAVA_OPTS} -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true"


Take changes into account
